How Do You Ship Your Prints?

We ship with Fed Ex, UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS). Film rolls are packed in plastic sleeves for protection and shipped in 24" x 4" x 4" cardboard boxes.

How Do I Track My Order?

* Click the person icon (top right corner) to open the Account page.
* Click on the specific "Order" under your "Order History".
* Find the tracking number within the order details.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you find a defect in your print, please email photos of the issue to GreedyGraffix@gmail.com within 7 days. Upon review, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

What Format Do I Submit My File?

Kindly provide your files in .PNG format, ensuring they have a transparent background and a resolution of 300 DPI or greater.
