We are not responsible for printing defects caused by low-quality or improperly prepared artwork.
4. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are guidelines, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
File quality issues
Equipment maintenance
Supply shortages
High-volume seasons
We will notify you of any significant delays.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping dates are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Carriers
Weather
Incorrect addresses
Once an item is shipped, risk transfers to the buyer.
6. Refunds & Reprints
Refunds or reprints may be issued only if:
There is a clear printing error caused by us
The wrong product was shipped
The item arrives damaged
We do not reprint or refund due to:
Low-resolution artwork
Customer design mistakes
Late deliveries outside our control
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, text, images, and website materials belong to Greedy Graffix.
You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Greedy Graffix is not liable for:

Greedy Graffix does not claim ownership over customer-submitted content and is not responsible for verifying copyright ownership, trademark rights, or licensing. The customer assumes full legal responsibility for any intellectual property violations that may arise from the use, reproduction, or distribution of the submitted content.
By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold Greedy Graffix harmless from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from unauthorized or improper use of uploaded content.
