How Do You Ship Your Prints?
We ship with Fed Ex, UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS). Film rolls are packed in plastic sleeves for protection and shipped in 16" x 4" x 4" cardboard boxes.
How Do I Track My Order?
* Click the person icon (top right corner) to open the Account page.
* Click on the specific "Order" under your "Order History".
* Find the tracking number within the order details.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you find a defect in your print, please email photos of the issue to GreedyGraffix@gmail.com. Upon review, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
What Format Do I Submit My File?
Kindly provide your files in .PNG format, ensuring they have a transparent background and a resolution of 300 DPI or greater.

What Is Your Turn Around Time?
Turn around time is 2-3 business days. Same day / Next day shipping and store pick up are available.
